When I joined R&D Group, the company lacked a structured digital marketing approach.

Key challenges included:

  • No clear digital marketing strategy

  • Inconsistent social media presence with low engagement

  • Content lacking creativity and visual consistency

  • Website not actively managed or optimized for SEO

The business wanted to improve visibility, credibility, and build an active online community.

STRATEGY AND APPROACH

After analyzing past social media performance and audience behavior, I:

Prioritized LinkedIn as the main channel due to the company’s B2B focus

Implemented a content-first strategy to build long-term trust and visibility

Focused on consistency over volume in content publishing
 

Actively worked on SEO and website optimization to support offshore client discovery
